Nutritional Coaching is just that – it is an open conversation in which all emotional and physical reactions and behaviours can be discussed in a holistic manner. We use the term ‘holistic’ because at Walking on Air we are advocates of treating health in its entirety – body, mind and spirit. How we eat and our reasoning behind it is possibly the most personal, private part of our character and behaviour. As a result, we gently work with the source of your approach to food and cultivate a strategy for overcoming these thought processes and for releasing past, limiting behaviours.
